You will enjoy many benefits if you register at MyALPHERA Finance. You will be able to view your finance agreement, update your personal details, request agreement services and download copies of letters. MyALPHERA Finance is a secure site that is accessed via your personal login that will be provided once you have registered your details.
Simply click on the 'Register now' link on the MyALPHERA Finance home page. Enter a few pieces of information, such as your Name, Email address and Password - then click on 'Register now'. You will then receive an activation email - you can use this to activate your account by clicking on the link within the email. When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your 'Agreement Number' - once your agreement has been added to your account, you will be able to manage your ALPHERA agreement online.
Please click the request email button that appears after submitting your registration request. If you still do not receive an email please contact the Customer Information Centre on 0370 5050 125.
If your access has not yet been activated, then that means you have not yet clicked on the activation link sent to you by email. The link serves to verify that your email address is correct. Please click on the link to activate your access. If the link has already expired, then your details will have been deleted for security reasons. If this happens, please register again.

If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, then your account will be locked automatically for security reasons. To unlock it again, please request a new password.
You can request a new password at any time. All you have to do is click on the link below, follow the instructions, and choose a new password.
