Why should I register for MyALPHERA Finance?


There are numerous benefits when you register for MyALPHERA Finance. You will be able to:

  • View and manage multiple finance agreements
  • Request a settlement figure and make an online payment*
  •  Edit your personal details
  • Manage your documents
  • Request partial early repayment*
  • Update your bank details and amend your payment date
  • Manage your options at the end of your agreement**
  • View your payment summary
  • Manage your marketing preferences
  • Mileage calculator available***

How do I register for MyALPHERA Finance?


In order to register for MyALPHERA Finance, you will need to create a ALPHERA ID. Simply click on the ‘Register now/Login’ button on the MyALPHERA Finance homepage.

Then, select the 'Register here' option to create your ID.You will be prompted to enter a few pieces of information, such as your name, email address and password. Then click on 'Register now'.

You will then receive an activation email. You can use this to activate your account by clicking on the link within the email.

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your agreement number. Once your agreement has been added to your account, you will be able to manage your ALPHERA agreement online.


I have not received my registration email to complete the registration process. What should I do?


Please click the request email button that appears after submitting your registration request. If you still do not receive an email please contact the Customer Information Centre on 0370 5050 125.


My access to MyALPHERA Finance has not been activated. What should I do?


If your access has not yet been activated, then that means you have not yet clicked on the activation link sent to you by email. The link serves to verify that your email address is correct. Please click on the link to activate your access. If the link has already expired, then your details will have been deleted for security reasons. If this happens, please register again.


How do I add an agreement? 


Login using the email and password chosen when registering. This takes you to the agreements overview page:

  1. Click the +Add button on the top left side of the screen
  2. Enter your proposal or agreement number and click Submit 
  3. Await an SMS with a validation code
  4. Once you receive the code, enter it into the system (please note, the code is case sensitive and must be in CAPS)
  5. Click submit

Your agreement should now appear on the agreement summary page. Repeat to add more agreements if required. 

 

USING MYALPHERA FINANCE


 

MyALPHERA Finance will not work on my mobile device/laptop/tablet. How do I resolve this?


To enable MyALPHERA Finance to work we recommend installing Chrome, Firefox or Safari on your device.  Please be advised that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.


MyALPHERA Finance account has been locked. What should I do?


If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, your account will be locked automatically for security reasons.

To unlock it again, please click on the 'Register Now/Login' link on the MyBMW Finance home page, then select the 'Forgot Password' option.


I have forgotten my password. What should I do?


If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Register now/Login' link on the MyBMW Finance home page, then select 'Forgot Password' option.


I have been directed to MyFinance to see my settlement quote, how do I access my document? 


For data protection and security reasons, Wherever possible, we will direct you to MyFinance to view your documents rather than using e-mail. To access your documents you will need to register and add your agreement, as outlined in the ‘MYALPHERA FINANCE REGISTRATION’ section above. Once logged in you can click the ‘show details’ button under the agreement you want to view, then navigate to ‘Documents’ using the menu. Here, you will see any documents that have been made available to you, as well as any settlement quotes you have requested. 


I am having issues accessing MyALPHERA Finance what should I do?


Close the window on your device and clear your cache and cookies. The instructions to do this vary depending on your device and browser so please search online for the specific instructions if required. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try a different device and different browsers. If the issue is present on all devices and browsers contact us on [brand email] or [brand number] with the following information.Technical support will troubleshoot the issue and get back to you as soon as possible: 

  • Your name
  • Your agreement number/s
  • The email address  used to access your MyFinance account
  • Summary of the issue/s, including the device and browser you are using e.g. Mobile & Chrome
  • Screenshots of the issue/error
