Why should I register for MyALPHERA Finance?

How do I register for MyALPHERA Finance?

In order to register for MyALPHERA Finance, you will need to create a ALPHERA ID.  Simply click on the ‘Register Now/Login’ button on the MyALPHERA Finance Homepage.

Then select the 'Register here' option to create your ID, you will be prompted to enter a few pieces of information, such as your Name, Email address and Password - then click on 'Register now'.

You will then receive an activation email - you can use this to activate your account by clicking on the link within the email.

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your 'Agreement Number' - once your agreement has been added to your account, you will be able to manage your ALPHERA agreement online. 

I have not received my registration email to complete the registration process. What should I do?

Please click the request email button that appears after submitting your registration request. If you still do not receive an email please contact the Customer Information Centre on 0370 5050 125.

My access to MyALPHERA Finance has not been activated. What should I do?

If your access has not yet been activated, then that means you have not yet clicked on the activation link sent to you by email. The link serves to verify that your email address is correct. Please click on the link to activate your access. If the link has already expired, then your details will have been deleted for security reasons. If this happens, please register again.

 

 

Using MyALPHERA Finance

MyALPHERA Finance will not work on my mobile device/laptop/tablet. How do I resolve this?

To enable MyALPHERA Finance to work we recommend installing Chrome, Firefox or Safari on your device.  Please be advised that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.

MyALPHERA Finance account has been locked. What should I do?

If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, then your account will be locked automatically for security reasons.

To unlock it again, please click on the 'Register Now/Login' link on the MyALPHERA Finance home page, then select 'Forgot Password' option.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Register Now/Login' link on the MyALPHERA Finance home page, then select 'Forgot Password' option.
