ALPHERA COVID-19 Customer Update.

In line with the latest government advice, automotive dealers in England are reopening their doors from 01 June. Throughout the ‘lockdown’ period, many Alphera Partners have adapted to the restrictions and continued to trade remotely and in contactless ways.

Over recent weeks ALPHERA Financial Services teams have been supporting dealers across England with their preparations for reopening showrooms and adjusting our business processes to accommodate social distancing measures. We look forward to helping our dealers in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with their preparations when the time is right.

For Alphera customers awaiting the delivery of a new vehicle, their dealer or Alphera partner will be in contact in due course to confirm the current status and next steps.

Following the easing of restrictions on movement, Alphera are now able to begin collecting vehicles from customers who wish to return their vehicle at the end of their contract.

Payment Deferral for Customers impacted by Coronavirus

If Alphera customers are experiencing temporary financial difficulties as a result of COVID-19 we can offer support known as a Payment Deferral via an online process.
